The tour can be embedded into a web page and we will provide the code but it is simpler to take advantage of our hosting service and insert a link button which will open a separate page. This way the download speed of your site will not be affected.
The virtual tour will take around 1-2 hours to photograph, although the processing carried out off site takes a lot longer. The tour should be online in around 72 hours.
There are ways to reduce the cost, generally the cost per tour reduces as the number of tours per location increases. We are happy to discuss your particular requirements.

No, you don't have to be present during the shooting of your virtual tour, provided you have made prior arrangements for the photographer to have access to the property.
Yes, you may choose any scenes or rooms to be represented in the virtual tour of each property.
Exterior shots are weather permitting.
To send the Email Virtual Tour to others, simply attach it to an Email, as you would any document, and send.
50% deposit is payable when order is placed, the balance upon completion.
We currently accept p[ayment by paypal, credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
There is no charge for cancelling your virtual tour shoot if you contact 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
As a courtesy, please contact us as soon as you realise your schedule conflict.
If you do not contact us before the shoot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £40.00 to cover some of our expenses.
The photographer will wait up to 30 minutes after the appointment time until leaving the property for their next appointment.
If you miss the appointment, you will be charged £40.
We also ask that you wait 30 minutes if the photographer is late for the appointment.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your virtual tour experience. We will be happy to review the tour and address your concerns.
License plates, street numbers and names, and identifying signs can be erased from a scene during the processing stage to ensure anonymity. Moreover, at your request, personal effects (photographs, paintings, etc.) can be "edited out" to further protect the privacy of the home seller.
A small charge may be required depending on amount of post-processing required.
If your home seller has concerns about even the home's partial address appearing on the Internet, you must advise when ordering.
Your audience will find your tours in the following ways:

· Your online tour viewers can e-mail a tour hyperlink with a message to a friend/customer.

· All the above virtual tours in Lossless quality, provided on a single CD. Ideal for sending to customers on CD, or running from your harddrive on your personal computer. These tours are too large to be viewed online.
· All tours and still pictures hosted on our server for one year _ FREE
· Minimum of 10 print quality still images - TIFF format
· The above still images in internet ready JPEG format
· Instructions on integrating the Virtual Tours into your own web site.
· All of the above is provided to you on CD (copies at £5 each)

Additional tours can be added to the standard package at £25 per virtual tour. (scene)
Instructions on integrating our tours into new and existing sites will be included within the Tour Package CD.
We provide a CD with all of your tours as part of the package. The files on this CD can be transferred to websites CD-Roms and other multi-media. See next question for usage rights.
Once you have paid for your tours they belong to you. However, you are not entitled to remove any attached text, web links or loading pages from the tours. Usage documentation will be provided on the Package CD.
