1) Residential properties (Homes for sale, B&B, rental properties)

• £150 per location, includes 4 Virtual Tours scenes
• £30 per additional scene
• Includes Basic Package below

2) Commercial properties (Hotels, restaurants, clubs, bars, theatres, offices and wedding venues)

• £150 per location, includes 2 Virtual Tour scenes
• £30 per additional scenes
• Includes Basic Package below

3)Limousines, yachts, private jets and luxury vehicles

• £110 per vehicle
• £200 for 2, £270 for 3, £320 for 4 vehicles.

Each project includes the basic package which features:

• Travel costs to location (within 30 miles of Dartford). Please enquire for travel costs outside this radius.
• High Quality Virtual Tours- each tour is internet ready in 3 formats: medium sized Java, medium sized QuickTime and Full Screen QuickTime.
• Editing of overexposed windows. This allows the user to see the garden, swimming pool, and outside environment through the windows, instead of a white background
• All the above virtual tours in Lossless quality, provided on a single disc. Ideal for sending to customers on CD, or displaying from the hard-drive on your personal computer/laptop. These tours are uncompressed and have lossless quality, therefore too large to be viewed online.
• All tours and still pictures hosted on our server FREE
• 6 print quality still images of your property high quality TIFF format (additional photographs £5 each)
• The above still images in internet ready JPEG format
• Instructions on integrating the Virtual Tours into your own web site.
• All of the above is provided to you on CD (additional copies at £5 each)
• Hosting of all still images of your property for one year.
• Full instructions on CD on how to use your virtual tour, and incorporate into your website.

 

For volume work such as estate agents, hotels or multiple holiday lets, prices will be proportionally less than the illustration above. For customers living outside the 30 mile radius of Dartford, we will waver travel costs if it can be arranged for 2 or more properties to be photographed.
